Cold, wet weather can have us closing ourselves off, turning inwards, and bundling up to stay warm and dry. This practice focuses on unwinding our bodies from the cold, opening our heart and side body to warm up in anticipation of sunshine. (4.14.22)

We'll really slow it down with this practice to open up our heart and hips, let things go with longer holds and deep breaths, and leave our mats ready for bed. (4.6.22)

We'll take our time to open up our heart and shoulders in this active practice, starting with grounding stretches and then flowing it out with standing postures. We'll leave holding ourselves up a little bit taller and with an open heart. (4.7.22)
