6-part Spring 2021 Immersion with Zeyah, 90 mins/each session: A soft and gentle morning immersion focusing on the three diaphragms and sensitive ways of accessing these through accessible asana using many props.
Rise and shine, practice embodied breathing, wander around inside of some inner landscape yoga Āsana, and take time to dedicate at least 20 mins to some loosely guided, ambient meditation. Six 90 minute sessions.
