An hour of focused on shoulder blade movements accompanied by some light backbends with a side of dolphin pose at the end.

Gentle Yoga w/Sahar, 75min. Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra
Start with restorative yoga poses allowing for deep release. End with a long yoga Nidra, where you rest back and take your attention through your body, resulting in the calming of the nervous system and hopefully some deep sleep after!

Yoga 1/2 w/ Sahar, 1hr. Full-body Wake-up
Wake up slowly with gentle stretches to wake up our shoulders and hips, followed by a gentle flow incorporating twists and deeper leg work.

Back-body focus with some twists for good measure. We smooshed our calves and feets, did active hamstring stretches and moved into triangle, pyramid and revolved triangle.
