Functional Strength w/ Britt, 1hr. Dynamic Full-Body Strength
Start with a full-body warm-up followed by 2 circuits. Each circuit has 4 moves that focus on moving dynamically. We cycle through each circuit twice then enjoy a relaxing cool down. (5.27.22)

Focus on unwinding the body through various twists, and standing poses to lengthen and stretch arms and legs out. We'll start off and end on the mat, with active standing poses and warriors as the body of our practice.(5.19.22)

How can slowing down support our rest, our strength, our capacity, our openness, and our relationships with ourselves and others? This is a full body practice to open and tend to our whole selves. (5.18.22)
