About this class:
Find a new approach to your triangle pose in this moderately-paced vinyasa class that includes lots of juicy side-body lengthening work. We'll move toward some unusual variations of the full pose while keeping the hips well-seated and healthy, and the breath full and nourishing. All levels! Possible props: belt, blocks, blanket and bolster or pillow.
